The Senate Environment and Public Works Committee has decided to delay further work on the Cap and Trade bill until September. While this is good news, we need to keep calling, faxing and emailing our senators - perhaps even moresow now - until we actually witness the stake being driven through the heart of the cap-and-tax beast.
